Appeal by Konstantina Vellios from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 30, 2020. Motion by the appellant to direct the respondent to continue to comply with a certain order of protection of that court, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall continue to comply with the order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated November 30, 2020.
