| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 22, 2019. Motion by Michelle Yu, as successor guardian for Carlyle R., to be substituted for the appellants, former co-guardians for Carlyle R., to amend the caption accordingly, and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Michelle Yu, as successor guardian for Carlyle R., is substituted for the appellants, former co-guardians for Carlyle R., and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to serve and file a reply brief is extended, on or before January 27, 2021, the reply brief shall be served and a digital copy uploaded, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and an original and five hard copies of the reply brief shall be filed in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
