Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 30, 2020. Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directs her to pay the sum of $43,473.32 for counsel and expert fees and a sanction in the sum of $10,000.00, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or, in the alternative, to extend the time to file an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to file an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2) is denied as academic.
