Motion by Paul White, inter alia, to hold Williams Harkins and Maureen C. O'Connell in contempt for failing to comply with a certain subpoena in connection with a purported appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 8, 2019, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as Paul White failed to file a notice of appeal from the order entered March 8, 2019, in accordance with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2020, and September 14, 2020.
