Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated May 23, 2019. Motion by the respondent to consolidate the appeals, to deem pages 3 through 469 of the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment or, in effect, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record in connection with the appeal from the judgment that contains the material on pages 3 through 469 of the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order. Separate motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and to deem certain pages of the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record in connection with the appeal from the judgment that contains the material on pages 3 through 469 of the record filed in connection with the appeal from the order is granted, on or before March 11, 2021, the appellant shall serve a supplemental record containing the subject material, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the judgment is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the judgment is extended, on or before April 12, 2021, the respondent shall serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
