Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 26, 2020, and a judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2020. Motion by the appellants to substitute Mischel and Horn, P.C., as counsel and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Mischel and Horn, P.C., One Whitehall Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10004, is substituted as counsel for the appellants, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is extended, and on or before February 4, 2021, the appellants shall serve the reply brief and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
