| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 13, 2020. Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay the termination of its notice of pendency filed on November 20, 2019, in the event that the respondent and the respondents-appellants exercise their right of redemption, and to stay the distribution of $14 million of surplus money, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
