DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Nassau County Department of Social Services, and separate appeal by Shalona B., from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 16, 2020. By decision and order on application of this Court dated December 4, 2020, the appeal by Nassau County Department of Social Services was deemed withdrawn. By order to show cause dated December 2, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Shalona B. in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that Shalona B. was not aggrieved by the order. Application by Shalona B. to withdraw her appeal.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application by Shalona B. and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application by Shalona B. is granted and the appeal by Shalona B. is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
