Appeal by Stacey B. O. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2020. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Brad Smith, dated January 19, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Stacey C. Oliver is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent Stacey C. Oliver is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, Stacey C. Oliver, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
