DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 23, 2020. Motion by Veronika Shopina for leave to appeal to this Court from the order, in effect, for summary reversal, and to direct the Family Court to conduct a certain hearing.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
