| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 10, 2020. Motion by the respondent-appellant to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, or, in the alternative, to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal, and for leave to cross appeal from the order dated March 10, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which for leave to cross appeal from the order dated March 10, 2020, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
