Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 30, 2020, and December 9, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the orders as directed the appellant to pay sanctions are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
