Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 22, 2017. Motion by the appellant to appoint Rhonda L. Maco as a personal representative of the estate of the deceased respondent, Richard Mayer.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County, or the appropriate Surrogate's Court, and then seeking to substitute the personal representative in this Court.
