Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered December 17, 2019, June 5, 2020, June 24, 2020, July 2, 2020, and September 9, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that with respect to the orders entered June 5, 2020 (CAF 21-00015) and June 24, 2020 (CAF 21-00016), the appeals are dismissed on the ground that appellant is not aggrieved by the orders appealed from (see CPLR 5511) and the motion is dismissed, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
