Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2020. Motion by the appellant-respondent to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file the joint record or appendix and the appellant-respondent's brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 1, 2021, and the appellant-respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and the appellant-respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
