DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to extend the time to file an affidavit of compliance pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.5(f). By opinion and order of this Court dated August 26, 2020, the respondent's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.10 to resign as an attorney and counselor-at-law was granted, and, effective immediately, the respondent was disbarred, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 6, 1982.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time of the respondent, Noreen E. Stolz, to file an affidavit of compliance pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.5(f) is extended until March 15, 2021.
