DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION s,

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 2, 2020. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal or, in the alternative, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance. Cross motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before May 3, 2021, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
