Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 26, 2017, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 26, 2020. Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal. Cross motion by the respondent-appellant to stay the running of certain prejudgment interest awarded by this Court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied without prejudice to moving for appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.
