In the Matter of Thomas J. Bailey, admitted as Thomas Joseph Bailey, a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2646974)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Thomas J. Bailey, inter alia, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Bailey was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 18, 1995, under the name Thomas Joseph Bailey. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 26, 2012, Mr. Bailey was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Thomas J. Bailey, admitted as Thomas Joseph Bailey, does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
MASTRO, A.P.J., RIVERA, DILLON, CHAMBERS and AUSTIN, JJ., concur.
