Separate appeals by Danielle D. and Mamashe D. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2020. By decision and order on application of this Court dated January 27, 2021, the appeal by Danielle D. was deemed withdrawn.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal by Mamashe D. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that Mamashe D. is not aggrieved by the order dated December 10, 2020 (see CPLR 5511).
