Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2020. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2020, as granted a stay conditioned upon the perfection of the appeal on or before December 22, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2020, is amending by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 22, 2020" and substituting therefor the date "February 16, 2021."
