Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 2, 2017, and appeal from an order of the same court dated September 4, 2019. Renewed motion by Hovsep Gregorian to consolidate the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated October 2, 2017, with the appeal from the order dated September 4, 2019, and for a preference in the calendering of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated October 2, 2017, with the appeal from the order dated September 4, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated October 2, 2017, will be calendared together with the appeal from the order dated September 4, 2019, and they will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendering of the appeals and cross appeal is granted and the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated October 2, 2017, and the appeal from the order dated September 4, 2019, will be calendared expeditiously.
