Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 11, 2021. Motion by the respondents for an expedited briefing schedule and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal by serving and filing the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF on or before March 4, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief via NYSCEF on or before March 18, 2021, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief via NYSCEF on or before March 29, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
