| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 27, 2018. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record on appeal is inadequate. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affirmation of Stephen M. Honan dated December 20, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted and on or before February 17, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record via NYSCEF containing the affirmation of Stephen M. Honan dated December 20, 2017, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
