DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Alfanzo Miller from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 7, 2019. By order to show cause dated December 14, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
