Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 6, 2020. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2020.
