Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered September 30, 2020, and having applied for a stay of proceedings, for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks poor person relief and assignment of counsel on the ground that the facts as set forth by petitioner fail to demonstrate merit to the proceeding, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion and applications are otherwise dismissed for failure to pay a filing fee.
