| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 4, 2020. Motion by nonparty James McCormack for leave to intervene as an appellant on the appeal. Separate motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by nonparty James McCormack for leave to intervene as an appellant on this appeal and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by nonparty James McCormack for leave to intervene as an appellant on the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until April 9, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
