DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 21, 2020. Motion by the respondent to disqualify counsel for the plaintiff-appellant. Cross motion by the plaintiff-appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Separate motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved and to appoint a new attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the attorney for the child's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended, and on or before March 10, 2021, the appellants shall serve the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs and upload digital copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the child's motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.
