Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to move for permission to appeal and, pursuant to CPL 460.15, for permission to appeal to this Court from orders of County Court, Columbia County, dated June 16, 2020 and September 4, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed
in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to move for permission to appeal is denied, as unnecessary (see CPL 460.10 [4] [a]; People v Washington, 86 NY2d 853 [1995]; People v Spencer, 145 AD3d 1508, 1509 [2016]), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for permission to
appeal is referred to Justice Egan, who makes the following determination: Motion granted, and it is certified that the case involves questions of law or fact which ought to be reviewed by this Court, and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal shall be heard together with the appeal from the judgment of conviction.
