Motion by appellant to permission to file an abridged record on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Newburgh, Orange County, rendered September 1, 2020.

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
In support of the motion, appellant avers that the sole issue on appeal is the sufficiency of the accusatory instrument. Under the circumstances, and in the absence of opposition, the motion is granted.
