Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2019. Separate motions by National Advocates for Pregnant Women and New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation for leave to file amici curiae briefs. Separate motion by Birth Rights Bar Association and Birth Place Lab for leave to file an amici curiae brief. Separate motion VBAC Facts, LLC, and Evidence Base Birth for leave to file an amici curiae brief. Separate motion by If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, Center for Reproductive Rights, Human Rights and Gender Justice Clinic at the City University of New York Law School (HRJG), White Ribbon Alliance, and Birthrights for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae shall serve their respective briefs on the parties, and upload digital copies of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before February 24, 2021, and the amici curiae shall file an original and five hard copies of each brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that each party, if so advised, may file a reply brief to the amici curiae briefs on or before March 11, 2021.
