Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 24, 2019.
Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellant's brief refers to matter dehors the record and for failure to provide the transcripts of all of the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that on or before March 12, 2021, the appellant serve and file a replacement brief that does not refer to matter dehors the record and submit transcripts for the proceedings that are the subject of the order dated June 24, 2019.
