Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2019, a purported judgment of the same court rendered June 4, 2019, and a judgment of the same court rendered February 26, 2020. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2020, the appeals from the order and purported judgment were dismissed. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of the judgment rendered February 26, 2020, and to be released on her own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
