Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal is amended to include an appeal from the judgment in indictment number 2018-0499-1 and the judgment in indictment number 2018-0395-1 and, as amended, the notice of appeal is deemed timely served and filed (see CPL 460.10 [6]).
