| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Robert M. Agostisi, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 23, 2002, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Robert Michael Agostisi.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Robert M. Agostisi to Robert Michael Agostisi, effective immediately.
