| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Lauren Krause, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 23, 1995, under the name Lauren Ellen Nussbaum, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Lauren Rothberg.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Lauren Krause to Lauren Rothberg, effective immediately.
