| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Jerard V. Roggio, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 16, 2015, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jerard Vincent Roggio.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Jerard V. Roggio to Jerard Vincent Roggio, effective immediately.
