MOTION |
By order dated August 17, 2020, appellant was
granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by the
Rural Law Center of New York. By letter dated December 4, 2020 by Kristin
Bluvas, Esq.,, on behalf of the Rural Law Center, counsel requested to be relieved
of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By
decision and order dated December 28, 2020, counsel was relieved of the
assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated January 11, 2021, appellant was directed
to perfect the appeal by February 11, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal
or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the
Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
