Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 4, 2016. Motion by Vincent Ansanelli III, as administrator of the estate of Thomas Barr IV, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Thomas Barr IV, to amend the caption accordingly, and to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Vincent Ansanelli III, as administrator of the estate of Thomas Barr IV, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Thomas Barr IV, the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
