| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 10, 2020. Motion by the appellant to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of an appeal in a related action or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before April 19, 2021, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYUSCEF, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
