Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 5, 2020. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record to include certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 22, 2021, the respondent shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the documents identified as NYSCEF document numbers 2, 9, 14-24, 27-31, 35-36, 38, 40, 54, 59-70, 86, 88, 92-94, 101, 106-107, and 110, and a respondent's brief, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record and the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
