Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 25, 2019, as denied that branch of her motion which was pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate a judgment of the same court rendered March 25, 2015, which has been referred to me for determination.
