| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 2, 2017. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to move to vacate her plea of guilty. By decision and order of this Court dated November 25, 2020, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to afford the appellant an opportunity to move to vacate her plea of guilty in accordance with the decision and order of this Court, and for a report on any such motion, and the appeal was held in abeyance in the interim.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to move to vacate her plea of guilty is extended until April 20, 2021.
