Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both entered December 27, 2019. Motion by the appellants for leave serve and file a supplemental record containing a notice of settlement of transcript dated November 25, 2020, an affidavit of service also dated November 25, 2020, and an affirmation of compliance dated December 11, 2020. Application by the respondents St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital and Mount Sinai West, separate application by the respondents Ksenija Belsley MD, PLLC, and Ksenija Belsley, and separate application by the respondent Scott John Belsley pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before March 22, 2021, the appellant shall serve and file via NYSCEF a supplemental record containing the notice of settlement of transcript dated November 25, 2020, the affidavit of service also dated November 25, 2020, and the affirmation of compliance dated December 11, 2020, and the appellant file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF is extended until April 21, 2011, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
