Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated October 3, 2017, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 14, 2020. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before March 22, 2021, the parties shall initialize the appeals from the orders for efiling and file, via NYSCEF, digital replacement copies of the record and briefs filed in connection with those appeals with covers which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-08467 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-00407 and 2018-00408, and a caption as set forth above, and submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court, on or before March 22, 2021, the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record which contains the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
