Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 27, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the judgment as directs distribution or disbursement of money to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
