Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 14, 2018. Motion by Stephen James Bumgarner, an attorney in good standing in the States of Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant on the appeal. Cross motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including an affirmation of a New York attorney of record in support of the application (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
