Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 14, 2020. Motion by the respondent Holmes Whaley Lake Civic Association to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondent Town of Pawling to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and application are granted, the time of respondent Holmes Whaley Lake Civic Association and the respondent Town of Pawling to serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF is extended until March 24, 2021, and the respondent Holmes Whaley Lake Civic Association and the respondent Town of Pawling shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective respondents' briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
