DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2019, and December 17, 2019, respectively. Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel. On December 4, 2020, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel for the child on the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
